Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all ZOLO tags are still attached and the garment is in its original state.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
